At Wilco our slogan is “Success Starts With Safety”. Our belief is that no project can be successful if we don’t start out with the fundamentals: protecting our employees, the public, and our surroundings.

Our work involves managing many potential hazards on a daily basis: working around heavy equipment and open excavations, and completing physically demanding labour work. We believe that all tasks can be completed safely and efficiently, and that by training and educating our employees we can help reduce lost time injuries. Our Safety Coordinators report directly with Wilco ownership and management on all projects. Wilco has a comprehensive safety program updated for 2016, and is COR certified.
