Glacier Ridge has been keeping a timber/woodsy theme throughout their ribbon of parks – creating beautiful timber framed outdoor shade shelters (built by Fusion Timbers), and designing exciting playgrounds built from natural elements.

The parks incorporate lawn spaces shaped to be used as outdoor skating areas in the winter – with Wilco creating and maintaining the ice as the neighbourhood fills out for the next few years. Outdoor fire areas with bench seating complete the ‘cottage/cabin’ feeling that the community brings together.
